Our conflicts of interest policies require staff to declare and manage their interests - including those in shareholdings - that may contradict the interests of ENERGEX.

Such conflicts of interest are managed and resolved in line with the Crime and Misconduct Commission's Guidelines for Managing Conflict of Interest in the Public Sector.

Keep relevant people informed

We will communicate openly with our employees, communities, suppliers, shareholders, industry and stakeholder groups to keep them informed of our efforts and to better understand their expectations.
