In turn, we will strive to work with suppliers who also embrace these key principles. ENERGEX has policies that require staff to declare and manage Conflicts of Interest, including interest in shareholdings that represent a conflict with the interests of ENERGEX.  Such conflicts of interest are managed and resolved in a way that is consistent with the Crime and Misconduct Commission's Guidelines for Managing Conflict of Interest in the Public Sector
