In accordance with the provisions of the Government Owned Corporations Act 1993, the Queensland Auditor-General is the external auditor for the ENERGEX Group.

business risk management

The ENERGEX Group has implemented an Enterprise Risk Management framework aimed at identifying and controlling major business risks.  The Corporate Risk Plan and underlying risk management plans are regularly reviewed to analyse their ongoing relevance and effectiveness.  Regular reports on progress against the plans and any recommendations for change are provided to the Audit and Compliance Committee.
