Certificate IV in mains layout

Certificate IV in mains layout has been designed to develop the skills of employees within the energy distribution/supply industry. It is an on-the-job course designed to be completed by the trainee at the employer’s premises.

As the Registered Training Organisation (RTO), ENERGEX EsiTrain provides all the materials necessary to complete the course.

the course outcomes
After completing the Certificate IV in mains layout, the successful trainee will have gained knowledge and skills in overhead mains design and fundamental underground mains design. The trainee will be qualified to take on routine duties in a distribution mains design layout person.

	Certificate IV in Mains Layout
	Details	Completing all specified modules in both stages of Certificate IV in Mains Layout entitles the participant to claim a Certificate IV under the Australian Qualifications Framework.

	Course length	There is no time limit. Training is designed to be completed on the job. Self-paced modules are a feature of this course. The time taken will depend on the ability to complete the modules.

	Training location	On-the-job.
