living with easements
Electricity distribution entities, such as ENERGEX, need electricity easements so they can maintain and safely operate their powerlines.
These easements provide ENERGEX with the right of clear access on a permanent basis to ensure powerlines can be regularly or immediately inspected, maintained and repaired to help ENERGEX continue to provide a safe and reliable supply of electricity.
