PeakSmart air-conditioning

You can get $250 for installing a split inverter system (up to $750 for 3 systems) or $500 for a ducted system. Make sure you choose a PeakSmart air-conditioner to be eligible for the reward.

Want to apply? Follow these steps...

  1. Purchase a PeakSmart air-conditioner.

    If your appliance retailer isn't providing your signal receiver pack:
    Apply here for your signal receiver pack (allow 3 working days for delivery).
    The PeakSmart air-conditioning pack contains a signal receiver, installation instructions for the installer, a reward application form and a reply-paid envelope.
  2. Contact a qualified air-conditioning installer to install the air-conditioning unit and the signal receiver simultaneously. Remember to ask your installer to sign their section of the reward application form.
  3. Apply online. The signed section of the application form can uploaded as an attachment, or posted using the reply-paid envelope.

You will receive your reward within six weeks of processing the completed reward application form.

The simple, comfortable choice

PeakSmart air-conditioning has been designed by major air-conditioning manufacturers and adheres to industry standards. It works via a signal receiver, a small device installed in PeakSmart air-conditioners that remotely tells the air-conditioner to cap its energy consumption when the electricity network reaches peak demand.

The technology is designed to be set and forget, so you won’t have to do anything and won’t notice a difference to your comfort.
