Connect a pool pump to Economy Tariff 33
It's as easy as...
- Contact a licensed electrician to get a quote and arrange the connection. Make sure your electrician submits an Electrical Work Request (EWR) to Energex.
- Call your electricity retailer to let them know about the connection. Make sure your electricity retailer submits a Business to Business (B2B) request to Energex.
- Apply online or print and complete a paper application.
You'll start saving as soon as the connection is completed. We'll send your $250 reward within six weeks of processing your application.
Change to an energy efficient pool pump or aftermarket drive
It's as easy as...
- Ask your pool professional about the benefits of energy efficient pool pumps or aftermarket drive.
- Purchase a minimum 5-star energy efficient pool pump or aftermarket drive. Make sure you get a tax receipt that shows the make and model number of the pump or aftermarket drive.
- Arrange for a qualified installer to connect your new energy efficient pump or aftermarket drive.
- Apply online or print and complete a paper application. Make sure you send Energex a tax receipt.
You'll start saving as soon as your new pool pump or aftermarket drive is installed. We'll send your $150 reward within six weeks of processing your application.
Aftermarket drives eligible for the reward include FutureWave (SPR 2200) and Electronic Power Solutions (Epic Pool Pump Energy Saver PP22).
