I would like to thank ENERGEX so very much for restoring our power tonight. We have been without it for 25 hours and you don't realise how reliant we are on electricity until it is not there. Please pass on my thanks to all crews for their tireless work and time away from their families. I know there are hundreds, even thousands, worse off than us, but I just wanted you know how appreciative we are to everyone involved. Best wishes and regards.
I just wanted to send a quick email to thank ALL of you for the tireless effort to restore power! I can only imagine how over whelming it is - where do you start. So thanks for the huge effort.

Just a quick note to say thank you to your crews for getting the power restored. I can't imagine the amount of work to put everything back although I didn't physically see any lines down around the area, I guess you still have to check out the condition of the circuits before you restore the power. We lost power about 5pm and it came back about 11am so it was getting touch and go with the temperature of the fridge.
Thanks for getting our power back on last night. We really appreciate the effort you went to in restoring power so quickly under the terrible storm conditions you must have worked in to make this possible. I hope you can pass this message on to your workers out in the field to let them know we care and are grateful for their efforts.

I don’t know where else to write this and I hope it gets to the right people. I have had no power until around 8pm tonight after that horrid storm which hit Ferny Grove and other areas. I just wanted to thank the workers from the bottom of my heart for working day and night to get our power back on. I am so grateful to have it back on and in the conditions they have had to work in, I think they are amazing. Once again thank you so much. Please forward this on tothose people involved. Too often they are criticized. Not this time. Thanks.
Great job on getting power back in Ferny Hills last night - I honestly thought it would take days given the amount of power lines that were down, you have done a tremendous job in very trying circumstances.
Customer wished to thank ENERGEX crews and ENERGEX as a whole for the wonderful work they have been doing to get power restored since the storm on Sunday. Customer stated "people who don't live in the worst affected areas are very quick to level criticism at ENERGEX but the job you all have been doing is absolutely fabulous. Thank you very much.

A very big thank you to your engineers and staff that worked through the night in the wet & cold to bring the last 3 houses electric in our road. it was so fantastic to wake up to hot water, lights, and coffee!

Thank you ENERGEX for the tireless work put in by your workers and contractors to finally bring power back to our suburb after Sunday nights storm devastation. It’s still raining and your company is still working!!! We have just had power restored and feel absolutely elated after only a couple of nights in a wet water damaged house with no power and low spirits.
Thank you for the outstanding recovery work done at The Gap this week. To most of us, your staff are seen as "heroes" along with the other emergency services. Nice job!
