what’s a widget?
The ENERGEX Weather Widget is a small program that you can download to your computer. An icon sits on your desktop screen and when you are connected to the internet, the widget will run the program – in this case, the weather widget will update with current weather conditions, storm warnings, and information from ENERGEX about how to prepare for the storm. Once you’ve downloaded and installed the widget, you don’t need to do anything else. The widget will automatically provide you with updated information when you’re connected to the internet.
