As one of the Australian Association of Graduate Employers (voted by graduates), we attract ambitious and hardworking engineering graduates and invest in their development through our three year Graduate Program. Our program offers a broad range of experiences to develop graduates’ personal and professional skills.

We are a leader in the electricity industry, thanks to our skilled engineers who plan, design, construct, operate and maintain our extensive networks.

Applications for our 2020 intake have now closed. Our next intake will be advertised in March 2020.

About the program

Over the three year program, you’ll receive:

  • Comprehensive training and development
  • Dynamic and exciting job experiences through work rotations
  • Meaningful and challenging work assignments under the supervision of senior engineers and technical specialists
