How do I apply?
When available, applications for Graduate opportunities will be open in March/April for commencement in either February or July the following year.
We'll advertise on our Key dates and careers fairs webpage when applications are open.
There are several steps in the graduate recruitment process as follows.
Step 1: Submit your application
Complete an online application and attach an up-to-date CV and your latest academic transcript. Applications will only be accepted during the specified recruitment period.
Step 2: Conduct a video interview
Conduct a short video interview, which you can do on your own. These will be motivational and behavioural based questions.
Step 3: Complete an online behavioural assessment
If you're chosen, you'll be invited to complete an online behavioural profile assessment. Results will be confidential and will not be provided to applicants.
Step 4: Attend a panel interview
If you make it to the next round of the recruitment process, we'll contact you by email or phone and ask you to attend a panel interview via videoconference. Interview questions will be behavioural-based and your responses should include relevant examples that demonstrate ability and/or experience.
IMPORTANT: In response to COVID-19, all panel interviews for successful candidates in our Graduate Program will be conducted via videoconference to ensure your safety.
Step 5: Reference checks
Next, we’ll ask for two referees and their contact details. The referees will need to be able to comment on your work performance and experience.
Step 6: Offer of employment
If you make it this far CONGRATULATIONS! You'll receive a verbal offer of employment followed by an electronic offer and relevant new starter information.
