To enter a Connect Application and Electrical Work Request (EWR) a National Meter Identifier (NMI) must be created for all premises.

We will endeavour to respond within 3 working days to advise the NMIs have been created. You will then be able to access these NMIs in the portal and submit your Connect Application.
