Our customer engagement strategy

Our Customer Engagement Strategy defines the vision, values and objectives of our ongoing interactions with you, our customers. It is therefore important to us that we understand what your views and expectations are in relation to the electricity supply you receive and services we offer.

In early 2014 we developed our Customer Engagement and invited customers to provide their feedback on it. This feedback was incorporated and the strategy is now used to support our Customer Engagement Program.
