These programs assist us in enhancing our business operations by ensuring that we have a clear understanding of how you use our network, how you view our services and how we can best interact with you.
Customer Engagement Research Program
In 2013 we completed an extensive Customer Engagement Research Program to help provide clarity around our customer and stakeholder expectations and views in relation to the services we offer and how we interact.
View the feedback we obtained through our research from approximately 6,500 customers through a range of surveys, interviews and focus groups.
Queensland Household Energy Survey (QHES)
The QHES is run annually in partnership with Ergon Energy and Powerlink. it covers topics on energy use, appliance saturation, new technologies and energy efficient behaviours.
The QHES is open to Energex, Ergon Energy and Powerlink customers each year around October.
