Electricity Distribution Network Code

The Electricity Distribution Network Code is a regulatory instrument that defines among other things, the guaranteed service levels and performance requirements for electricity distributors and retailers operating in Queensland.

Model Terms and Conditions for Deemed Standard Connection Contracts

Energex's Model Terms and Conditions for Deemed Standard Connection Contracts sets out the terms and conditions for the standard connection contract for customers under the National Energy Retail Law and the Rules.

Network Connection Contract - Unmetered Supply (UMS)

This is a contract between the electricity distributor (Energex) and you as the customer, where the customer elects to pursue a connection for unmetered supply e.g. street lights, bus stops and billboards. You have a right to negotiate different Terms of this Contract.

Standard Coordination Agreement (SCA)

This is an agreement between the electricity distributor (Energex) and electricity retailers. It defines how we will interact in providing respective services to you, our customer.
