Large customer tariff reform
During 2015 we sought feedback on changes to the way way our Individually Connected Customers (ICC) and Connection Asset Customers (CAC) are charged to bring about greater stability in the bills you pay and to align specific tariffs with recent rule changes.
The outcomes of our customer and stakeholder feedback were used in the development of our 2017-20 Tariff Structure Statement (TSS), which was submitted to the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) on 27 November 2015 for assessment.
The AER released a draft decision to approve the TSS in August 2016 and we submitted our revised TSS to the AER on 4 October 2016.

Over the next few years we will continue to work with our customers and stakeholders on implementing these changes and developing our Tariff Structure Statement for beyond 2020.
