Tariffs beyond 2015
In August 2015 we released a consultation paper seeking customer feedback on the introduction of a voluntary time of use component to the kVA demand tariff for large Standard Asset Customers.
From 1 July 2018, customers will have the option to remain on the current kVA demand tariff or access the new voluntary kVA demand tariff which will have a time of use component added to the existing structure.
The outcomes of our customer and stakeholder feedback were used in the development of our 2017-20 Tariff Structure Statement (TSS) which was submitted to the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) on 27 November 2015.
The AER released a draft decision to approve the TSS in August 2016 and we submitted our revised TSS to the AER on 4 October 2016.
More information and a link to our submissions can be found on our Pricing publications webpage.
Over the next few years we will continue to work with our customers and stakeholders on implementing these changes and developing our Tariff Structure Statement for beyond 2020.
