How do I arrange the connection?

• Connection Contact a licenced plumber and electrician for a quote and to arrange connection of your hot water system to an economy tariff.
• Work completed Once the work is completed, the electrician will submit an Electrical Work Request (EWR) to us. There will be an upfront meter installation charge applicable.
• Contact your electricity retailer Contact your electricity retailer and let them know you have connected to an economy tariff. Your electricity retailer will then submit a Business to Business (B2B) request to us.
• Claim your reward! Log in to Customer Self Service and apply for your reward. You’ll need your bank account details (BSB and account number) as we pay all rewards by EFT.
