For planned outages, you'll receive a text message four business days in advance and another text reminder on the day your power is going to be switched off.
For unplanned outages, from mid-October 2026 we'll automatically send a text message to the primary electricity account holder when the power goes out and again when it has been restored. You can unsubscribe from this service at any time.
