IMPORTANT: If you are moving, or have queries related to your electricity account (e.g. update your details, payments and extensions, power prices, rebates and refunds) please contact your electricity retailer as shown on your power bill. We are not a retailer so cannot help you with those enquiries. We operate the network (e.g. the poles and wires) that supplies you with power.

Please note: We are unable to forward any enquiries to your electricity retailer, so you will need to contact them directly. Their details will be on your last power bill.
